What stays on your device

• Daily visit counts for each site you configure.
• Your theme, custom message, cooldown, and enabled setting.
• Cooldown timestamps used to avoid repeated pauses.

This information is stored only in chrome.storage.local. It is not synced to an account or backed up to a cloud.

What we never do

• No servers, API calls, analytics, ads, or trackers.
• No collection of names, email, IP, location, or history.
• No reading or scraping posts, messages, feeds, or videos.
• No selling, renting, or sharing data.

Minimal permissions

Mindful Media uses Chrome's storage permission to keep local counts and settings, plus access to the social sites you choose so it can display the pause. It does not request access to tabs, history, cookies, or web requests.
