Delete your Peel data
You can ask us to delete Peel data associated with you without closing your account. To remove the account itself, use delete your Peel account.
How to request deletion
- Email peblestudio@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line Peel data deletion request.
- Tell us which email (if any) you use in Peel, and what you want removed — for example cloud history, a specific scan, or diagnostic photos tied to your account.
We confirm the request, delete the data you asked for that we control, and reply when it is done. Typical turnaround is within 7 days.
What you can ask us to delete
- Cloud scan history and synced reviews for your account.
- Product photos / diagnostic traces we still hold that are linked to your account (otherwise they expire within 30 days of capture).
What stays (unless you also delete the account)
- Your sign-in email / account, so you can keep using Peel.
- Entitlement / credit state needed to honor an active subscription or pack (purchases remain in Google Play).
- Local history on your phone until you clear app data or delete rows in History.
What is deleted automatically
Product photos and full AI diagnostic traces used for quality debugging are deleted within 30 days of capture, even if you never email us.
